Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all packaging products manufactured and/or supplied by Astha Packaging Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) through purchase orders, quotations, invoices, or formal contracts.

As a B2B packaging manufacturer, most products are custom-made or produced against confirmed specifications. Therefore, returns are subject to strict conditions.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Due to the customized nature of packaging products:

• Custom-printed, branded, die-cut, or specially manufactured products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• Orders once approved for production cannot be cancelled.

Artwork approvals and specification confirmations constitute final acceptance for production.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may only be considered under the following conditions:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product supplied
• Quantity discrepancy beyond agreed tolerance limits
• Transit damage (subject to logistics terms)

Requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

4. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Email: contactus@asthapack.com
2. Provide:
   • Invoice number
   • Purchase Order reference
   • Description of issue
   • Photographic evidence
   • Quantity affected

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in rejection of the claim.

5. Inspection & Resolution

Upon receipt of claim:

• The Company may request product samples for inspection.
• A technical review will determine eligibility.
• If approved, resolution may include:
  • Replacement of defective goods
  • Partial credit note
  • Limited refund (at Company discretion)

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer. The refunded amount would be credited to the customer's bank account within 3 to 4 days.

6. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Minor color variation within industry tolerance
• Customer-approved artwork errors
• Improper storage after delivery
• Damage caused post-delivery
• Delay caused by third-party transporters (if shipment is Ex-Works)

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.

Consequential losses, business interruptions, or indirect damages are expressly excluded.
