Damage Claims or Shortages

All claims regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery without exception. Please inspect deliveries upon receipt. By accepting these T&C, you agree to our Refund and Return Policy.

Product Description

Asthapack strives for accuracy in product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product sold by Asthapack is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, subject to our return policy.

Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you within 48 hours and advise on availability or cancel the order. Asthapack reserves the right to cancel any order and process a refund as per our refund policy.

Cancellation by Asthapack

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If payment has been processed and the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Asthapack shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use rests solely with the user.

• Any additional delivery costs due to incorrect information provided by you will be borne by you.

• Delays caused by third-party logistics providers are not the responsibility of Asthapack.
