Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Timeline

• Production timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Standard production lead time varies depending on:
  • Product type
  • Order volume
  • Customization requirements

Production begins only after:

• Artwork approval (if applicable)
• Advance payment (if applicable)
• Formal purchase order confirmation

2. Delivery Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Delivery terms may follow Ex-Works (EXW) or mutually agreed Incoterms.
• Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch.

Shipping arrangements may be:

• Arranged by the buyer
• Coordinated by the Company on behalf of the buyer

The products would be delivered to the customer's within 4 to 6 days.

Freight charges are billed as per agreement.

3. Transit & Logistics

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• The Company is not liable for delays caused by:
  • Transporters
  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations
  • Force majeure events

For shipments arranged by us, transit damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Inspection at Delivery

Buyers must:

• Inspect goods at the time of delivery
• Record visible damage on the transporter��s delivery receipt
• Notify the Company within 48 hours

Failure to report within this timeframe may void claims.

5. Partial Deliveries

The Company reserves the right to:

• Deliver goods in partial shipments
• Invoice accordingly

Partial delivery does not constitute breach of contract.

6. International Shipping

For export shipments:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the buyer��s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
• All export documentation will be provided as per regulatory requirements.
